Project meetings
A preliminary project meeting was held on 01-20-2003, to discuss the set-up of the project, the different tasks and the role various partners could play in it.
After the project start project meetings were held in Amsterdam (February 2004), Lelystad (August 2004), Milan (February 2005), Lelystad (September 2005). The meeting in Milan was combined with the first stakeholders meeting.
During the project meetings the progress and results of the various Workpackages were discussed. Workpackage leaders attended these meetings. If specific items were discussed other project workers were also invited.
